Personal Barrel
Eristavi Winery's Personal Barrel program is a unique experience available to wine enthusiasts, connoisseurs, businesses, retailers, and restaurant owners who would like to purchase a specially selected barrel of award winning, ultra-premium Eristavi wine. This is a rare opportunity to own hand-crafted wine produced with grapes sourced from some of the most sought after vineyards in California. Master Vintner Victor Eristavi will personally showcase and sample wines directly from his private reserve to match your individual taste profile.
If you are unable visit in person, just let us know your distinctive taste preferences and we will work with you to select the perfect barrel.
We do all the heavy lifting from harvest and processing but you can still enjoy a hand in winemaking once you pick out your barrel. We will store and maintain your wine and help you select bottles, corks, and capsules while assisting you in the design of your very own labels.
